Built in 1957 by Piero Martinelli, a great connoisseur of the valley, it has always been a passion carried on with the devotion and commitment of the whole family. Over the decades, improvements have been continually made to provide visitors with all the services and comforts in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. Situated between the two dams and kissed by the sun throughout the day, the Refuge offers a splendid view of the entire valley.
